Jonas Brothers Star in Farrelly Comedy
The Jonas Brothers are about to star in a big-kids movie, according to Y! Music. Of course, when I call it a big-kids movie, I mean it’s a movie about some brothers and a flatulent pooch.
Nick, Joe and Kevin will be catapulted onto the big screen and temporarily out of the studio with a 2009 feature-length film version of Walter the Farting Dog. It’s based on some majorly successful kids books (makes you wonder about today’s kids) and will also feature the youngest, secret brother, Frankie, as he’s inducted into the entertainment biz.
It’s about four musical brothers
The movie will be about four brothers, musical ones, who have to take care of their aunt’s windy canine pet. Their practiced expressions of disgust will be courtesy of the Method, a famed technique for teaching acting.
Variety reports that another set of brothers, equally preoccupied with bodily functions will be directing the 20th Century Fox film. These brothers, obviously, are Bobby and Peter Farrelly, the duo responsible for movies like There’s Something About Mary, Dumb and Dumber (and their sequels), Me, Myself and Irene, Stuck on You, and The Heartbreak Kid.
Jim Carey, Ben Stiller, and Jack Black
Their favor actors like Jim Carey, Ben Stiller, Jack Black, Cameron Diaz, Greg Kinnear, Drew Barrymore, and Jimmy Fallon. Hopefully the Jonas’s will be able to keep up.
To the dog, I mean.
